As a nation we are actively recovering from a deadly pandemic. It’s safe to say many of us are still nervous about taking that step outside without our masks and interacting with people daily. I totally get it, if you ask me I still find myself putting a mask on when I step into Walmart.
You directly hold the power to your health and you should never give that power to anyone else. Only you know and control what goes in and out of your body. You got this. Remind yourself everyday of the power you have in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Every day I am better than before
You may have had a bad day yesterday. Some decisions may have been made that you aren’t proud of or aren’t usually in your character and that is okay! What’s so amazing about being human is that we have the ability to make mistakes daily and learn from them to apply them the next day.
Every day you must remember that you have the ability to change. Growth is not linear and neither are you. So go ahead and embrace that! You have the ability to be better and you will.
I will accomplish all the tasks I need to today
Boy, did I need to hear this one myself. We all can relate to being overwhelmed with the amount of ambition we’ve set for ourselves the previous day, but it’s okay! You know yourself best and you wouldn’t have set these goals for yourself if you didn’t know in your heart of hearts that you could do it!
Give yourself grace. You are human but you are powerful! Approach the day head-on with a productivity mindset. Besides, those bills aren’t going to pay themselves.
I am deserving of what I desire, and I will achieve it
Pro tip: if you don’t actually believe it, then the affirmations won’t necessarily work. Do you really deserve what you desire? If so, then open that mouth, look in the mirror and repeat these words every day!

I will admit, this one is my favorite. I find myself using this affirmation often in order to set the tone for the day. No matter what happens throughout the day, it will be a good day.
This affirmation may be my favorite because it allows me to have room for things to get thrown my way but my mindset won’t change. I woke up this morning and my blood is pumping; it’s going to be a good day, no matter what anyone throws at me.
