As a fresh and young fashion designer from the DMV, Anifa Mvuemba has shown no signs of slowing down as a brand to watch. Less than two years ago, she wowed the fashion world with her innovative virtual show with 3-D models wearing her designs. Since then, we’ve been watching her every move as she’s been busy dressing Gabrielle Union, Muni Long, Zendaya, Mary J. Blige, and Michelle Obama.

During this year’s summer solstice, she debuted the “Live Out Loud” collection on YouTube, ushering in a new line of vibrant and flavorfully colorful designs that once again remind us she’s a force to be reckoned with.
