Nicki Minaj has gone under the knife again, this time for a breast reduction. In a video shared on Minaj’s Instagram page, the mother of one can be seen dancing to her latest single with Ice Spice called “Barbie World.” Throughout the video, fans see Minaj wearing two outfits.
The “Super Freaky Girl” rapper confirmed the reduction by commenting, “new boobs who this?” under the post.
Minaj even shared a fan’s TikTok video referencing the reduction. The video showed a before and after of the rapper. It also included a clip of her at the Met Gala speaking about getting a breast reduction and warning fans that they better enjoy her body for the time being, as she had plans to downsize.

Nicki Minaj joins others in their breast reduction journey. Doja Cat received a reduction in November of last year. And in March, she gave fans an update.
“4 days into recovery rn [right now],” she revealed of having surgery on her breasts. “I got lipo so my thighs hurt a lot if I move too much. But I’m healing really fast,” Doja Cat said.
Initially fans assumed the “Say So” rapper received a breast enlargement, but Doja quickly clarified. “Ohh her body bout to eat, I just know her boobs bigger,” a fan on Twitter said. Doja responded, “nope. smaller.” She revealed her new breast size is a 32C.
“The View” host Sunny Hostin also underwent breast reduction surgery. She had her procedure done last summer along with a breast lift, and liposuction in her waist and chin.
“I feel like a better version of myself,” Hostin explained after years of battling back pain and body-image issues. “It was a health decision and a self-care decision.”
