Actress Storm Reid has a collaboration with the athletic brand New Balance on the way. The “Euphoria” actress is set to release a shoe collection this summer.
Something Exciting
Storm Reid posted an announcement on her Instagram Thursday, with the caption “Something real exciting is coming soon… @newbalance.” She posted a video alongside an announcement that is currently sparse. In the video, Ried is wearing a green and blue stripe crop top and baggy denim pants dancing and posing as she gets her pictures taken. The 19-year-old didn’t reveal any further details about what appears to be an exciting collaboration.
One of Many
Although this is Reid’s first-ever collaboration with New Balance, the actor and current college student at the University of California’s drama school has entered several collaborations in the past, most notably a collection with Pacsun in partnership with her own brand, ArshiBlu in March. In between bagging partnership deals such as her upcoming New Balance, Reid has also starred in big-budget productions. She has featured in hit shows such as “Euphoria” alongside Zendaya and “This Is Us” starring Pedro Pascal. She also recently played alongside Nia Long in the thriller, “Missing.”
Reid is also in her sophomore year at college. In an interview with People Magazine, Reid shared that she enjoys and prefers keeping a low profile in college.
“I get to experience things that people will never get to experience in their lifetime, which I’m cognizant of and I’m very grateful for. But I do want to go to the football games, I do want to go to the parties, I do want to just go hang out with my friends and walk around campus at 3:00 AM sometimes,” she says.
